Responsibilities
Mejorar y desarrollar las capacidades organizacionales mediante la implementación de estrategias.
Evaluar las necesidades de desarrollo de los colaboradores y proponer planes de acción.
Colaborar con diversos departamentos para alinear iniciativas de desarrollo con objetivos empresariales.
Gestionar acciones para garantizar la satisfacción y bienestar de los ingenieros.
Apoyar en el análisis, creación, difusión y ejecución de estrategias derivadas de diagnósticos organizacionales.
Garantizar la adecuada integración del ingeniero a la empresa.
Requirements
Título universitario en Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Administración o áreas afines.
Experiencia previa en desarrollo organizacional, prácticas profesionales, o puestos similares es un plus.
Conocimientos en metodologías de desarrollo y capacitación.
Inglés intermedio o avanzado.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
Proactividad y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
Disponibilidad de viajar (ocasionalmente)
