Responsibilities
Define and execute the vision for growth learning programs
Oversee end-to-end content lifecycle: design, development, curation, and maintenance

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team focusing on a culture of collaboration and accountability
Manage resource allocation, including contractor engagement
Provide guidance on solution development best practices
Embed AI-driven tools and adaptive learning technologies into program design
Use data analytics to measure learning effectiveness and inform continuous improvement
Manage budgets for content development and vendor partnerships
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in an applicable discipline
12+ years of relevant experience in instructional design and learning
Experience building and developing high-performing teams
Change agent able to influence, provide guidance, strategic assistance and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leaders
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and ability to present to senior level executives
Integrates AI into the flow of daily work
