About the role

Responsibilities
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline across manufacturing
- Lead the deployment of Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies
- Establish foundational performance management systems, standard ways of working, and continuous improvement capability
- Partner closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Planning & Logistics, and EHS
- Lead cross‑functional improvement projects and track initiatives, benefits, and risks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Pharmacy, or related field
- 7–10 years in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing
- 3–5 years in Operational Excellence, Lean, or Continuous Improvement
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
- Experience with site startup, tech transfer, or scale‑up
- Familiarity with MES, LIMS, SAP, and CMMS systems
- Project Management (PMP or equivalent) and/or Change Management training or certification
- Strong understanding of cGMP and pharmaceutical quality systems
- Knowledge of OSD and/or oral liquid manufacturing processes
