Responsibilities
Develop the partner territory plan
Collaborate on strategic account plans to drive incremental business
Identify & address gaps in the coverage plan for the India market
Develop and implement joint business plans with partners to grow revenue
Coordinate contract negotiations with partners
Assist in developing partner’s sales planning, revenue planning/forecasting, and marketing initiatives
Help direct field participation with the partner community
Requirements
Business-related degree or related experience
10 years of sales/channel experience in the data centre/cloud and storage networking arena
Proven track record in collaborative development of strategic account plans
Strong creative nature with ideas for alternate promotion, program, seminars, exhibition or other sales/marketing tools
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality results working self-sufficiently and independently
A strong network of established relationships within the local partner landscape
Exceptional communication & negotiation skills towards managing director, sales and account management level
Ability to operate in a matrix environment by influencing regional direct touch teams and leadership
