About the role

  • Intern supporting the CRM, BI & Relationship team in B.blend, focusing on customer service. Involves order tracking and client interaction through WhatsApp.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and maintaining CRM flows, segmentations, and automations
  • Support the execution of campaigns and communication cadences
  • Assist in managing relationships with recurring B2B customers: proactive outreach, order follow-up, and handling requests
  • Monitor and respond to customer service (SAC) contacts related to CRM and Sales
  • Create and track orders in the system
  • Handle cases escalated by the AI agent, documenting learnings and providing feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Availability to intern for a minimum of 1 year
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with numbers and interested in SALES
  • Proactive and eager to learn.
