Responsibilities
Assist in creating and maintaining CRM flows, segmentations, and automations
Support the execution of campaigns and communication cadences
Assist in managing relationships with recurring B2B customers: proactive outreach, order follow-up, and handling requests
Monitor and respond to customer service (SAC) contacts related to CRM and Sales
Create and track orders in the system
Handle cases escalated by the AI agent, documenting learnings and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Availability to intern for a minimum of 1 year
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Good written and verbal communication
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable with numbers and interested in SALES
Proactive and eager to learn.
