About the role

  • Commercial.e Terrain / Sales Manager at Flatpay, responsible for sales and customer installation in B2B payment solutions. Engaging with SME leaders and surpassing sales objectives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales within your territory
  • Conduct in-person sales meetings with SME owners and executives
  • Sell Flatpay solutions using qualified leads provided
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and installation targets
  • Generate your own sales opportunities
  • Actively prospect in the field (door-to-door, cold visits)
  • Build your local network and encourage customer referrals
  • Continuously identify new business opportunities
  • Install and support customers
  • Ensure delivery and installation of sold solutions
  • Train customers on how to use our equipment
  • Ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience from day one

Requirements

  • You are motivated by field sales, ideally in a B2B or customer-oriented environment
  • You are comfortable with numerical targets and sales tools (CRM, pipeline tracking)
  • You are autonomous, persistent, resilient and results-oriented
  • You communicate with impact
  • Prior experience in sales or customer relations is a plus (but not required)
  • You have a valid driving license (B) (mandatory)
