About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for strategic B2B client development and key account management. Role involves building long-term partnerships within the health and wellness industry from Waghäusel.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic account management: You will be responsible for building, developing and maintaining long-term partnerships with our key business clients.
  • Customer acquisition & expansion: You will strategically win new key accounts in the areas of pharmaceuticals, supplement brands, pharmacies (and pharmacy wholesalers) and our network of therapists, while also developing existing customers.
  • Tailored sales solutions: You will design customized offers for our business partners — from white label to private label — and position Terra Essence as the preferred partner.
  • Contract negotiation & closing: You will independently conduct price and contract negotiations, prepare proposals based on customer formulations and ensure successful deal closures.
  • Market & competitor analysis: You will monitor market trends, identify new opportunities and provide valuable insights to the performance and product marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Industry experience: We will teach you the rest, but prior experience with food or pharmaceutical products is an advantage.
  • Education: You have at least a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in a relevant field.
  • B2B sales & Key Account Management: You have proven success in B2B sales, ideally with experience managing key accounts, and can communicate confidently in German and English.
  • Outgoing personality & negotiation skills: You are a strong communicator, build lasting relationships and conduct negotiations with confidence.
  • Data & KPI orientation: You work in a structured way, use performance metrics strategically and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Independent work: You are organized, goal-oriented and take responsibility for your results.
