About the role

  • Sales Manager B2B responsible for customer acquisition in AI and training sector at iQ-Hub GmbH. Develops sustainable business relationships and implements sales strategies to position educational offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers and maintain and expand existing B2B business relationships.
  • Identify customer needs and develop tailored solution concepts in the areas of AI & training.
  • Present our products and services to prospective clients and conduct negotiations through to closing.
  • Work closely with specialist departments, especially Marketing, to develop and implement targeted sales strategies.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to expand the contact network.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports on sales development, and follow up on sales activities.
  • Continuously analyze the market and monitor trends in artificial intelligence and training to identify opportunities early.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in AI, digitalization, or training.
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation ability at decision-maker level.
  • Independent working style, high self-motivation, and goal orientation.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing is optional but advantageous.
  • Excellent command of digital sales channels and experience with CRM systems.
  • Confident use of AI tools, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.
  • Fluent German (written and spoken) and good English skills for international communication.
