Responsibilities
Coordination of daily office operations, including switchboard/telephone and handling incoming and outgoing mail
Support with logistics for incoming and outgoing goods (domestic and international, customs matters)
Assist in commercial/administrative tasks, such as invoice processing, quotation and contract management
Communication with customers, suppliers and freight forwarders
Maintenance of master data and document management
Administration and structured filing of records as well as digital archiving of documents
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
Ideally experience in wholesale and international trade (import/export)
Fluent German; English skills are desirable — we operate internationally
Confident user of MS Office
Able to work independently while also enjoying being part of a team
Strong communication skills and a careful, meticulous approach to work
