About the role

  • Inside Sales Representative responsible for managing customer accounts and sales processes in the plastics sector. Collaborating with the sales team and ensuring smooth order processing for customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Independent management and further development of an existing customer base
  • Handling the entire operational sales process – from preparing quotations and processing orders to resolving inquiries
  • Close collaboration with our field sales team and internal stakeholders
  • Point of contact for our customers and ensuring smooth order processing
  • Maintaining and documenting relevant data in the CRM system

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial training (e.g., industrial clerk) or hold a university degree
  • Ideally, you have professional experience in inside sales — motivated career changers are also welcome
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Strong communication skills and a structured way of working
  • Flexibility and openness to change are among your strengths
  • Experience with technical processes and an affinity for our products
