Responsibilities
Administer applications, managing user access, provisioning, and maintaining an accurate user list across all departments.
Manage the Azure / Entra ID environment, ensuring secure access through SSO, MFA, and consistent User Access Management (UAM).
Execute onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring hardware and software access are ready for employees on day one.
Maintain the global workstation fleet (Windows/macOS/Linux) to ensure security compliance and proper setup.
Support office infrastructure including Wi-Fi, meeting room systems.
Monitor the IT budget and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality service and timely software renewals.
Provide in-house user support and act as the main point of contact for troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management or a closely related technical role.
Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory / Entra ID, including experience with SSO and MFA administration.
Hands-on experience with Intune or similar MDM tools for managing Windows, macOS and Linux devices.
Familiarity with networking fundamentals, including Wi-Fi setup, VPNs, and firewalls.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration and integrations.
Ability to use PowerShell or Bash to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
