About the role

  • Analista de Relações Trabalhistas e Sindicais strengthening relationships with labor and employer unions. Working in a convenience ecosystem company aiming to improve people's everyday lives.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen the relationship between the company and labor and employer union representatives, assisting in conflict resolution;
  • Identify and propose improvements to clauses in collective agreements and conventions;
  • Conduct collective agreement negotiations;
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and ensure internal teams do the same;
  • Track the publication of collective agreements and monitor the validity/term of collective agreements and conventions;
  • Provide support to internal teams on union-related matters, questions, additional information, and updates to agreements and collective conventions;
  • Support leadership and the legal department on matters related to inspections, labor lawsuits, and related demands;
  • Prepare budgets and provisions arising from the economic clauses of collective agreements and conventions;
  • Monitor and update departmental KPIs and maintain various spreadsheet controls (Excel);
  • Conduct assemblies;
  • Act as company representative (preposto).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field;
  • Postgraduate degree in Labor Law, Union and Labor Relations, or a related field is desirable;
  • Proficiency with Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Knowledge of the GRTS system is desirable;
  • Experience in union negotiation;
  • Knowledge of labor legislation;
