About the role

  • Senior Manager, Partnerships managing and growing foundation partnerships at Raising The Village. Responsible for donor stewardship, grant management, and supporting revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing foundation partners
  • Lead grant renewals, proposal development, reporting, and stewardship
  • Identify opportunities to deepen existing partnerships
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality communications and reporting
  • Steward individual donors to ensure a consistent, high-quality donor experience
  • Contribute to annual Partnerships team revenue goals through portfolio management
  • Track and report on KPIs related to partner engagement and stewardship quality

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in partnerships or fundraising roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred, PhD is a bonus)
  • Strong grant writing, reporting, and donor stewardship skills
  • Experience engaging individual donors in a stewardship or relationship management capacity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and relationships effectively
