About the role

  • Junior Key Account Manager supporting ZURU's commercial team in the Benelux region with planning and execution. Collaborating closely with key accounts and internal stakeholders for sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Country Manager and Key Account Manager in all aspects of commercial preparation, planning, and execution
  • Conduct commercial preparation for customer meetings, including sales analysis, forecasts, pricing, and presentations
  • Support account planning, annual calendars, promotions, and range reviews
  • Maintain structure in account documentation, timelines, and internal coordination
  • Manage relationships and drive sell-in opportunities for distributor-led accounts in the Benelux region

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an FMCG environment, toys or retail account support
  • Curiosity, ambition, and a strong willingness to learn are more important than formal education or specific degrees
  • Solid experience working with Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Strong organizational and follow up discipline
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset: we value people who take initiative, move fast, and are not afraid to make mistakes while learning
