Junior Key Account Manager supporting ZURU's commercial team in the Benelux region with planning and execution. Collaborating closely with key accounts and internal stakeholders for sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
Support the Country Manager and Key Account Manager in all aspects of commercial preparation, planning, and execution
Conduct commercial preparation for customer meetings, including sales analysis, forecasts, pricing, and presentations
Support account planning, annual calendars, promotions, and range reviews
Maintain structure in account documentation, timelines, and internal coordination
Manage relationships and drive sell-in opportunities for distributor-led accounts in the Benelux region
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an FMCG environment, toys or retail account support
Curiosity, ambition, and a strong willingness to learn are more important than formal education or specific degrees
Solid experience working with Excel for data analysis and reporting
Strong organizational and follow up discipline
