About the role

  • Social Media Manager at R3 shaping content strategy and building audiences across social platforms in the Solana ecosystem. Engaging communities and scaling presence on priority channels.

Responsibilities

  • Own, build, and grow R3’s multi-channel presence.
  • Develop and execute social strategies tailored for X, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Create high engagement short form content: work with the team to create hooks, scripts, formats, trends, captions, and fast turnaround content concepts.
  • Maintain a consistent voice and narrative across all channels.
  • Work closely with video, design, and internal teams to deliver a unified brand story.
  • Manage day to day posting, scheduling, and social automation tools where relevant.
  • Engage directly with Solana native audiences, builders, and key ecosystem players.
  • Understand the culture of the timeline and execute content that feels native, not corporate.
  • Identify collaboration opportunities, culture moments, and ecosystem narratives to tap into.
  • Launch campaigns that drive engagement, saves, shares, comments, retention, and follower growth.
  • Use analytics to optimize content performance and iterate quickly.
  • Identify drop off points and behavioural patterns across channels to improve growth and engagement.
  • Provide weekly reporting on performance, learnings, and opportunities.
  • Help shape overarching narratives and announcement arcs across X & LinkedIn.
  • Coordinate cross channel storytelling with internal teams for major launches and milestones.
  • Contribute insights on funnel behaviour, audience segmentation, and message resonance.
  • Stay ahead of Solana, crypto, and broader Web3 culture.
  • Track emerging trends, formats, and memes and deploy them natively where relevant.
  • Ensure R3 stays culturally relevant, credible, and distinguishable in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Requirements

  • Deeply Solana native: you follow the builders, the memes, the narratives, the timelines.
  • Proven track record of growing large audiences in crypto, fintech, or creator ecosystems.
  • Strong creative instincts with the ability to ideate, storyboard, and package content.
  • Comfortable being hands on and fast: agile, iterative, and able to ship daily.
  • Fluent across short form platforms: X, IG Reels, TikTok.
  • Capable of translating complex concepts into simple, engaging content.
  • Sharp analytical mindset: you make decisions based on data, not vibes.
  • Reliable operator who can manage multiple campaigns and deliver consistent output.
  • Excellent communicator with an eye for narrative structure and brand coherence.

  • Experience working with founders or early stage teams.
  • Comfort jumping into high velocity launch environments.
  • Understanding of DeFi, RWAs, consumer crypto, or chain level narratives.
  • Ability to identify cultural timing; when to post, when to hold, when to jump into a trend.
