Responsibilities

Supplier communication: act as a point of contact for suppliers regarding questions or issues.
Data management: ensure accuracy of supplier data in the system, prepare reports, and follow up on KPIs.
Process support: contribute to workflow industrialization, perform invoice accuracy checks, and support adoption of the purchasing platform.
Continuous improvement: implement process adjustments, support new system implementations, and optimize procedures.
Requirements
Previous experience in finance.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, ensuring accuracy when working with complex data.
Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to supporting internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in relevant tools and software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
B2 level in French or English required.
