About the role

  • Retention Marketing Specialist at QVC developing marketing strategies for customer retention in a hybrid role. Focused on lead generation and optimizing campaigns based on data insights.

Responsibilities

  • Development, planning, implementation and management of retention marketing activities across lead generation, new-name retention, loyalty/existing customer engagement, churn prevention and reactivation.
  • Creation of detailed weekly and monthly plans for sales, customer count and incremental EBIT in alignment with the market's customer plan and digital sales plan.
  • Building and optimizing campaigns in assigned channels using market and QVC International best practices.
  • Analyzing campaign results, deriving actions and continuously improving performance.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities based on campaign insights.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with relevant business partners in the retention marketing area.
  • Scouting new potential partners and integrating them into the retention marketing portfolio.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in retention marketing with proven success in revenue growth and customer development.
  • Degree in business, sciences, statistics or a comparable field.
  • Solid knowledge of retention marketing tools (e.g., campaign management, marketing automation, machine learning).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex topics clearly.
  • Experience working across multiple hierarchical levels up to executive level and within international teams.
  • Ability to translate data insights into clear action steps and to persuade stakeholders.
  • Business-fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Ideally 3+ years' experience in a retail environment with retention marketing programs.
