Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive annual marketing strategy with integrated 12-month campaign calendar
- Oversee all digital marketing channels including social media, website management, and content creation
- Lead end-to-end delivery of precinct campaigns and activations from conception to analysis
- Build senior-level relationships with retail tenants and external partners including tourism bodies and cultural organisations
- Manage Precinct Activation Fund budget with full P&L accountability
- Curate public art programmes and installations that enhance precinct appeal
- Champion customer-centric experiences across all touchpoints whilst supporting retention and leasing objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in senior marketing roles, preferably in property, destination marketing, or precinct management
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Proven track record in strategic marketing planning and partnership development at commercial level
- Strong digital marketing expertise and budget management capabilities
- Exceptional stakeholder relationship management skills across complex multi-tenant environments
- Property industry experience highly desirable
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends for events
