Responsibilities
Own Salesforce’s executive-level marketing plan including thought leadership, content strategy and content development for the CIO persona.
Help define the CIO narrative, develop a single source of truth for CIO messaging, and translate that into high-impact content.
Lead the strategy and development of CIO-focused thought leadership content across formats and channels.
Partner with Media, Comms, and Executive Events teams to shape CIO thought leadership for third-party stages.
Partner closely with Executive Events and Sales to ensure content, messaging, and follow-up actions are aligned across touchpoints.
Requirements
Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editorial judgment
Strong executive presence and confidence engaging with senior internal stakeholders and enterprise CIO audiences
Ability to synthesize inputs from multiple sources (research, feedback, performance data, CXO insights) into clear recommendations and action
Experience working on fast-moving, highly visible initiatives with senior leadership exposure
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building new frameworks, templates, and strategies from the ground up
Familiarity with enterprise technology, platforms, and ecosystem partnerships strongly preferred.
