About the role

  • Senior Analyst in International Customer Service managing markets like Asia-Pacific and North America. Focused on data analysis, KPI development, and external distributor management.

Responsibilities

  • Management of international markets: Asia-Pacific, North America, the Caribbean, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa;
  • Administration and analysis of area data, including:
  • OTIF (On Time In Full);
  • Fill Rate;
  • Backlog pairs (production and staging);
  • Leading weekly meetings with Manufacturing, the Distribution Center, and international market teams;
  • Development and monitoring of KPIs, ensuring accurate measurement of results and performance;
  • Management of external distributors, ensuring service levels and long-term relationships;
  • Conducting various analyses focused on operational and commercial performance;
  • Managing operations and supporting strategic decision-making;
  • Leading specific projects with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement;
  • Participating in internal and external meetings to promote alignment across global operations;
  • Structuring and executing communication plans with distributors and commercial directors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade (COMEX) or Economics;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
  • Knowledge of SAP;
  • Advanced Excel proficiency;
  • Familiarity with Power BI preferred;
  • Fluent English for communication with distributors;
  • Knowledge of the OSGT system is desirable.
