About the role

  • Customer Service Analyst supporting operations by managing customer order cycles and resolving delivery issues at Alpargatas. Focus on effective communication with sales and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assisting in the control of the customer order cycle (XPAFE) for monitored customers with medium complexity and high volumes, resolving prioritization and billing issues to avoid additional costs and ensure orders are fulfilled in full and within the customer’s requested timeframe.
  • Maximize fulfillment of monitored customer orders within the customer’s requested timeframe and/or the timelines established by the commercial area, by interacting with manufacturing plants and the sales team to resolve billing blocks (credit holds, material availability, fixed delivery dates, delivery incidents).
  • Improve fulfillment of monitored customer orders through SAP control of defined priorities: leakages, segmentation by sales channel, and interactions with manufacturing plants to resolve issues.
  • Optimize meeting pre-established deadlines and services: scheduling and picking, by controlling carrier operations and interacting with carriers to solve problems.
  • Work on problem resolution to release deliveries or authorize returns to minimize storage expenses by controlling invoices in transit and merchandise held by carriers.
  • Record all delivery incidents and corresponding updates in the sales portal to ensure correct traceability of our deliveries and accurate service-level measurement.
  • Keep the commercial area and customers updated on the status of their deliveries and any required adjustments during the order cycle (XPAFE).
  • Whenever there is any deviation, handle the case under the best possible conditions for the customer, respecting channel prioritization and the BU strategy, and avoiding additional freight and storage expenses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed: Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
  • Full Microsoft Office proficiency - Advanced Excel.
  • Experience in Customer Service.
  • Intermediate English (desired) is a plus.
