About the role

  • Business Process Manager focusing on process compliance and management in a global context at Quest One. Driving change initiatives and leading training for improved process acceptance.

Responsibilities

  • Key role in the successful implementation of our business process management and the associated change initiatives.
  • Focus on Business Process Management – from process design and continuous improvement to ensuring compliance.
  • Lead process management projects and the resulting transformation initiatives.
  • Plan, carry out and track process audits to ensure adherence to defined processes, work instructions and standards.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and remove implementation barriers together with business units and project leads.
  • Identify training and qualification needs within the business units and support them in implementing appropriate measures.
  • Plan and organize information events, communication campaigns and training to sustainably promote process acceptance and competence.
  • Document progress and report regularly to project leadership and management.

Requirements

  • Degree in business, engineering, IT or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in leading or supporting transformation and process management projects – ideally in industrial, production or R&D environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills – also in complex or challenging project situations.
  • Structured, solution-oriented and implementation-focused working style with a high degree of personal responsibility.
  • Strong digital affinity and experience integrating processes into IT systems (e.g., SAP, PLM).
  • Business-fluent German (negotiation level) and good English skills.
  • Combination of strategic thinking with practical, people-oriented change competence.
