About the role

  • Project manager overseeing tenant electricity projects for Quartierkraft in Hamburg, coordinating all stakeholders and ensuring smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Independent execution of tenant electricity projects: You manage our projects from start to finish—independently, methodically, and with a results-oriented approach.
  • Coordination of all project stakeholders: You keep all threads in hand and ensure smooth collaboration between customers, PV installers, electricians, grid operators, and metering point operators.
  • Advising our customers: You guide clients professionally through project implementation—addressing both technical questions and economic considerations.
  • Development and alignment of metering concepts: You create tailored tenant electricity metering concepts and coordinate them with grid and metering point operators.
  • Setting up new projects on our platform: You support the transition from project implementation to operational service and configure new tenant electricity projects in our SaaS platform.

Requirements

  • Project management experience: Ideally, you have previously supported projects in the energy sector (e.g., PV systems, charging infrastructure, or similar) or in the real estate industry.
  • Technical and commercial interest: You enjoy delving into complex issues—both technical and business-related.
  • Structured working style & organizational talent: You work reliably, keep an overview, and drive projects to completion efficiently.
  • Enjoy working with people: You communicate clearly, proactively engage with others, and foster good collaboration among all parties.
  • Understanding of processes & optimization potential: You recognize areas for improvement and enjoy making processes more efficient.
  • Language skills: You speak German fluently (C2) and are willing to learn new topics and take on responsibility.

Benefits

  • 30 days of vacation for better balance and recovery: We know how important time off is.
  • Flexible working to suit your needs: Our office is located in the heart of downtown Hamburg and provides a central base—while you can also work remotely several days per week.
  • Freedom to shape your work: With us you have the space to develop innovative ideas and build projects independently.
  • A company culture that inspires: Look forward to a respectful, open, and trusting working environment.
  • Having fun together and networking: We believe a strong team also grows outside of everyday work.
