Responsibilities
- Fachkundige Beratung und Betreuung unserer öffentlichen und privaten Auftraggeber
- Vertretung des Bauherrn und Projektsteuerung nach AHO Heft 9 in allen Leistungsphasen
- Leitung und Kontrolle komplexer, multidisziplinärer Bauprojekte (Eigen- und Fremdleistungen) im Hochbau und technischer Ausrüstung
- Führung von Projektteams (2–4 Mitarbeitende) bei Schul-, Verwaltungs-, Messe-, Labor-, Forschungs- und Bürogebäuden
- Kommunikation mit allen Stakeholdern: Bauherren, Fachplanern, Endnutzern und internen Projektbeteiligten
- Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen und Kosten der Projekte
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen, Methoden und Arbeitsabläufen im Projektmanagement
- Akquisition von Neubauprojekten
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Bau- oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Architektur oder vergleichbar
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Projektmanager, Projektsteuerer oder Projektleiter
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools (MS Project, K3 o. ä.) und Affinität zu neuen Softwarelösungen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in AHO, HOAI, VOB, BGB
- Erfahrung in Bau- und Vertragsrecht
- Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Führerschein Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft
- Kenntnisse in BIM und LEAN Construction sind ein Plus
- DVP- oder vergleichbare PM-Zertifizierungen wünschenswert
