Responsibilities
Primary contact and receptionist for our animal patients and their owners
Assist veterinarians with examinations, surgical procedures and sample processing following individualized onboarding
Practice management and team support, including procurement, billing verification, shift and sick‑leave coordination, complaint handling, and process and performance optimization
On‑site contact for Rexies, acting as the interface between the clinical team and the administrative office, and driving the implementation of new processes and changes
Requirements
Completed advanced training as a Practice Manager and/or as a Veterinary Nurse (TFA)
At least 5 years of professional experience in the healthcare sector with initial leadership responsibilities
Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues
Passion for companion animals and for improving the customer and employee experience in veterinary practices
