Responsibilities
**What you’ll be doing**
Acting as the point of contact between our Senior Leaders and internal/external clients, distributing correspondence in an efficient and mindful manner.
Creating, drafting and formatting a range of communications for diverse audiences and formats such as PowerPoint presentations and reports.
Planning and coordinating off-sites, meetings and small team events for Senior Leaders and their teams.
Planning, coordinating and running annual Board offsite meetings.
Attending meetings, taking minutes, delegating actions and managing progress.
Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking travels.
The inevitable last-minute juggling that will always happen across a team of busy, dedicated senior people.
