Responsibilities
Drive the growth of Quandela’s offers sales across high-performance computing (HPC) centers, cloud infrastructure providers, enterprise clients, and research institutions.
Identify and penetrate new HPC accounts across Europe (national centers, EuroHPC sites, research supercomputers).
Proactively originate opportunities — not just respond to inbound demand.
Engage early in infrastructure planning cycles to influence future procurement decisions.
Own the full sales cycle from cold approach to contract signature.
Lead high-value RFP responses and competitive tenders.
Evangelize the integration of photonic QPUs within hybrid HPC environments.
Develop trusted relationships with HPC center directors, CTOs and infrastructure leads, scientific computing heads, and government stakeholders.
Requirements
7+ years in B2B deep-tech sales (HPC, advanced infrastructure, AI compute, scientific systems, or quantum technologies).
Proven success closing complex, high-value deals in public or research-driven ecosystems.
Strong experience with European public procurement and large infrastructure tenders.
Existing network within European HPC or advanced computing environments is a major plus.
You can confidently discuss HPC architectures (clusters, accelerators, interconnects, cooling, integration).
Data center constraints and infrastructure planning.
Quantum computing fundamentals.
Hybrid quantum-classical workflows.
