Responsibilities
Planejar e executar estratégias de prospecção e vendas, com metas, prazos e KPIs bem definidos;
Identificar e prospectar potenciais clientes por meio de canais como LinkedIn e Meta;
Conduzir follow-ups estratégicos e manter o funil de oportunidades sempre atualizado;
Atuar de forma ativa na prospecção, abordagem e qualificação de leads outbound;
Utilizar ferramentas de Inside Sales e soluções Microsoft para garantir eficiência e previsibilidade no processo comercial;
Gerar insights e propor melhorias contínuas nos processos de vendas e prospecção;
Gerenciar o CRM com organização, qualidade e informações sempre atualizadas.
Requirements
Experiência em vendas B2B, preferencialmente no setor de Tecnologia;
Vivência com pré-vendas, vendas consultivas e negociações;
Experiência em prospecção ativa via redes sociais (LinkedIn, Meta, entre outras);
Excelente comunicação, poder de negociação e relacionamento;
Conhecimento em técnicas de Inside Sales;
Perfil orientado a metas, prazos e resultados;
Mentalidade de crescimento, curiosidade e senso de dono(a).
