HR Business Partner supporting Commercial leadership team in UK & Ireland for talent management and organizational effectiveness. Focus on employee relations, change management, and business transformation.
Responsibilities
Serves as a consultant to the leaders in designated client groups within the UK and European region, with primary focus on the Commercial business.
Employs effective change management strategies to aid in business transformation activities.
Supports organizational change and design by working with senior management and other HRBPs to identify business requirements and implement appropriate solutions.
Formulates partnerships across the global HR function to deliver value-added service to leadership and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
Works closely with local leadership and employees to improve engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness aimed at delivering stronger business performance.
Manage TUPE projects as and when required, including interfacing with other departments and HR leadership team.
Manage site rationalization projects
Leads annual processes related to talent management and succession planning, performance management and compensation planning for the country.
Collaborates with Talent Acquisition colleague regarding recruitment activities for the sites.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations as appropriate.
Develops Performance Improvement Plans for employees with substandard performance.
May serve as a project leader for HR and/or business-driven initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum CIPD level 5
Similar HR experience in a business-facing role, Talent management and development experience.
Strong employee relations experience is a must.
Change Management and organizational development experience.
English language
