About the role

  • Principal Research Program Manager overseeing customer-funded R&D programs in semiconductor solutions at Qorvo. Leading cross-functional teams to meet objectives and deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute customer-funded programs effectively
  • Serve as proposal manager to capture customer-funded Research and Development (CRAD) programs
  • Develop technical and cost proposal submissions with research team and support functions
  • Track budgets, review proposals, define milestones, and build strong customer relationships

Requirements

  • Masters degree in an engineering discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in engineering and/or leadership positions within the RF/Semiconductor industry
  • 5+ years of experience with leading and/or managing research and development project teams
  • Proven track record in managing technology development programs
  • Experience in developing technical and cost proposal submissions with research teams and support functions
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 5% of the time
