About the role

  • Warehouse Management Application Manager leading development and optimization of WMS for Quality Bicycle Products. Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Distribution Center Systems team within our Technology Department.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of warehouse management systems (WMS) and related applications.
  • Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and distribution center leadership to maximize supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Direct and mentor the WMS team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and support of WMS and supporting systems (shipping, material handling, cartonization, robotics).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field; or equivalent recent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing WMS solutions for multi-site distribution operations.
  • Proven expertise with Infios/HighJump/Körber WMS (including Labor Advantage), cartonization, and automation solutions.
  • Strong background in system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), technical project management, and Agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership in team management, coaching, and performance evaluation.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
  • Ability to influence decisions and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Willingness to take initiative, maintain high accuracy, and adapt to new technologies.
