About the role
- HR Business Partner guiding strategic and operational labor council cooperation at qards. Empowering multiple stakeholders through effective change management and resolution of conflicts.
Responsibilities
- Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit den örtlichen Betriebsräten und dem Gesamtbetriebsrat als Arbeitgebervertreter
- Steuerung komplexer, unternehmensweiter Mitbestimmungsverfahren
- Konzeption, Verhandlung und Implementierung von übergreifenden Betriebsvereinbarungen und Regelwerken in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
- Strukturierung und Standardisierung von Mitbestimmungsprozessen über alle Standorte hinweg
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften, HR und dem internen und externen Arbeitsrecht
- Moderation und Begleitung von Klärungs- und Konfliktgesprächen
- Begleitung organisatorischer Veränderungsprozesse
- Mitwirkung an HR-Projekten und Prozessoptimierungen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Recht oder Betriebswirtschaft
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im HR-Umfeld , idealerweise als HR Business Partner
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und BetrVG
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der strategischen Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten und Gesamtbetriebsrat
- Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick , Durchsetzungsstärke und Moderationskompetenz
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte strukturiert aufzubereiten und konsensfähige Lösungen zu entwickeln
