Responsibilities
Responsibility for sales and business results in Germany, including overseeing sales activities, budget management and achievement of KPIs

Maintain and expand relationships with key customers and provide feedback on relevant market and competitive information

Requirements
Degree in natural sciences, medicine, pharmacy, business or a related field
Experience in hematology is an advantage
Proven experience leading Key Account Management teams in the prescription pharmaceutical environment
Strong strategic and communication skills and a high level of team and leadership competence
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
