About the role

  • National Sales Lead overseeing sales and business outcomes in hematology within a biopharmaceutical firm. Leading a team and collaborating with marketing for strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for sales and business results in Germany, including overseeing sales activities, budget management and achievement of KPIs
  • Build, lead and develop a team of 10 Key Account Managers
  • Actively contribute to strategic decision-making and work closely with Marketing and Medical/Medical Affairs
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key customers and provide feedback on relevant market and competitive information
  • Continuous performance monitoring, budget oversight, implementation of training and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Degree in natural sciences, medicine, pharmacy, business or a related field
  • Experience in hematology is an advantage
  • Proven experience leading Key Account Management teams in the prescription pharmaceutical environment
  • Strong strategic and communication skills and a high level of team and leadership competence
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel as required by the role
