About the role

  • Procurement Administrator supporting the Procurement team with administrative tasks. Collaborating on purchase orders and vendor management while contributing to procurement compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Requesting quotes from approved suppliers
  • Processing purchase orders from requisitions and expediting orders
  • Contribute to the development of, and compliance with, px procurement policy, procedures and systems.
  • Support site vendor selection and monitoring systems.
  • Maintain and support all px systems
  • Support finance with invoice queries

Requirements

  • GSCE’s 9-4 grades including Maths & English, or equivalent.
  • Confident using SAPbyD
  • Able to work as part of a team, contributing and sharing ideas
  • Methodical, accurate & detail-conscious.
  • Excellent communication skills, willing to speak to others, in person or by email & phone.
