- Further development of our procurement, product and service strategy
- Ensuring cost-effective procurement, high quality and stable supply
- Supporting and managing negotiations, contract awards and service level agreements
- Development, establishment and maintenance of strategic supplier relationships, including management of external service providers
- Expertise in cost, performance and process optimization through KPI monitoring
- Functional staff leadership, direct reporting line to the Head of Department, and stakeholder communication
Requirements
- University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry or a related field
- Extensive knowledge of laboratory medicine, ideally with leadership experience
- Understanding of clinical workflows and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Knowledge of laboratory IT, process automation and digital diagnostic systems
