About the role

  • Senior Associate specializing in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition projects at PwC. Leading teams to solve complex business issues and delivering project results in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the current business requirement and processes and recommend / develop solutions to meet the client needs
  • Design, configure and document SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisitions modules
  • Assist in developing functional specification for developments
  • Assist in the testing process to discover errors and issues in business processes
  • Assist in application support, system testing and training of end users

Requirements

  • Experience leading teams in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisitions modules (Recruiting, Onboarding)
  • Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisitions modules (Recruiting, Onboarding) configuration
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and Project
  • Experience with cloud implementation methodology and project planning (at least 4 full cycle implementations)
  • Fluency in French is required for Quebec based opportunities
