- Participates in ad-hoc tax advisory projects, offering tailored solutions based on client needs.
- Takes ownership of engagements and provides effective project management from planning to delivery.
- Reviews and ensured high-quality completion of assignments with budget and time constraints.
- Delivers excellent client service, building trust and long-term relationships.
- Leads and collaborates with a team of qualified professionals, assessing performance and offering guidance.
- Supports the professional and development of team members through active mentoring.
- Contributes to the preparation and submission of proposals for new business opportunities.
Requirements
- BSc in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Accounting, Tax Advisory, or Compliance Services
- Experience handling diverse client portfolios, including multinational companies
- Fluency in English (daily communication with multinational clients)
- Strong commitment to quality and client service
