About the role

Responsibilities
- Providing timely and professional response on AP Service Desk queries (calls / tickets)
- Reviewing, validating, and executing Vendor Master data requests on daily basis
- Supporting buyers / suppliers in submitted requests and performing calls to validate their data
- Performing timely follow up’s on requests if needed
- Analyzing and resolving escalations and non-quality from customers and vendors
- Processing and supporting AP teams to process invoices
- Investigating to resolve the problem and communicate the solution
- Meeting all SLAs and the service quality targets set by the supervisor
- Collaborating on department activities to ensure deliverables are completed within the set deadlines
- Sharing experience and knowledge with other team members to increase the quality of performance
Requirements
- Upper-intermediate level of Italian and English.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, including report building.
- Good organizational and analytical skills.
- Problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Highly motivated, proactive and flexible.
- Can work to deadlines with efficiency and accuracy.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
- University Degree – Accounting/Finance/Economic is a plus
