About the role

  • You will provide high level technical support to the Puzzel's sales team (Account Executives) and customers.
  • Create High Level Design / Low Level Design and Solution Design Documents (SDD) that meet all aspects of customer requirement.
  • Provide key pre-sales technical and solution support and take full ownership of the design.
  • Support the sales team with tech information, insight, advice during the pre-sales phase.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-cultural relations internally, with colleagues in the UK and internationally.
  • Lead technical responses to RFI’s, tenders etc.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a Pre-Sales / Sales Engineering capacity (or those coming from consultative sales roles OR Solutions Architects/Engineer roles) in a SaaS product environment
  • Passion for technical understanding of the product areas.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of relevant technical knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
