About the role

  • Business Development Executive managing strategic key accounts and developing new business in Brazil. Leading negotiations and commercial strategies for expanding market share in national and international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead large-scale, long-cycle commercial negotiations, securing adequate margins and results aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans, identifying growth opportunities in new markets and segments.
  • Conduct market, competition, and trend analysis, proposing innovation initiatives and commercial differentiation strategies.
  • Act as the primary liaison between strategic clients and internal areas, ensuring alignment and value delivery.
  • Support the definition of commercial policies, pricing strategies, and go-to-market models.
  • Represent the company at events, trade shows, business forums, and high-level stakeholder meetings.
  • Contribute to talent development by mentoring and serving as a technical/commercial reference for junior and mid-level professionals, as well as for Engineering, Logistics, and other support functions.
  • Monitor sales performance indicators and propose corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead special projects related to business development, strategic partnerships, and portfolio expansion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
  • A postgraduate degree or MBA in Commercial Management, Strategy, or related areas will be considered a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in complex B2B sales, strategic account management, or business development in large or multinational companies, preferably with experience in the O&G sector.
  • Proven track record of leading high-value negotiations and delivering consistent results is required.
  • For internal promotions and transfers, a minimum of 6 years of experience in proposal engineering, sales, or technical B2B sales, preferably in the O&G sector, is desirable.
