Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing customer relationships with creative idea generation
  • Preparing product presentations
  • Handling customer inquiries and conducting price and product research
  • Independent preparation and processing of quotations and orders, including deadline tracking
  • Managing an assigned customer portfolio
  • Professional handling of troubleshooting and customer complaints

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a university degree
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good command of English
  • Experience in a B2B environment with a strong service orientation and a hands-on mentality
  • Goal- and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Comfortable dealing with rapidly changing situations
  • Structured working style and attention to detail when handling commercial processes
  • Strong negotiation skills and confidence when interacting with decision-makers
