Responsibilities
Deliver on budget and commercial profit, grow opportunity pipeline, support mid-term plans and DSO
Structured inputs to demand planning process for optimum inventory management
Inputs to budgeting, financial forecasting & planning process
Own NPS and customer experience, using feedback loops for continuous improvements
Cross functional collaboration with planning, Customer support team, Technical and regional marketing teams to enhance customer engagement
Adopt Inside sales’ new ways of working, e.g. remote sales, digital tools & services (” Fingertips” service promise) etc.
Give inputs to mar-com activities to deliver scalable customer engagement
Act as a front‑runner and ambassador for digital & AI adoption, shaping how Inside Sales is done in Planetary Health Biosolutions
Propose changes to ways of working, need for new digital tools/interventions, co-create Fingertips service promises, ways to improve customer experience, scalability or internal processes
Leverage AI copilots/assistants for account research, preparing outreach, and follow‑up actions
Qualify and nurture new leads coming in from marketing campaigns
Convert qualified leads to opportunities for industries in scope for Inside Sales
Using analytics for insight generation, prioritization and operational excellence
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Life Sciences/ Pharma/ related fields. MBA is a plus
5+ years of experience in Textile/ Pulp & Paper/ Enzymes industry. Basic understanding of enzymes is required; in-depth technical understanding is a plus
