About the role

  • HR Business Partner providing a broad range of strategic HR services to leaders. Collaborating with executives and ensuring positive caregiver experiences for client groups.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a broad range of strategic HR services to leaders within the business area(s) they support.
  • Work in partnership with executives to address operational, talent, and talent life cycle–related issues.
  • Proactively translate the group's business strategies into HR solutions that best enable the team to meet its strategic objectives.
  • Ensure positive caregiver experiences for the client groups they support.

Requirements

  • 5 years experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field.
  • Senior Human Resource Professional certification upon hire.
