About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage and improve performance on the assigned Logistics Coordinator team.
- Act as a liaison between Customer and ProTrans to meet or exceed established service level agreements.
- Develop communication and operational processes with Customers and suppliers.
- Serve as an escalation point to address and resolve significant customer concerns.
- Assist in managing CPAR/8D process when a quality issue occurs for assigned customers.
- Prepare relevant performance information to attend customer meetings and manage projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related field
- At least 5 years’ proven experience in logistics/transportation and managing +10 people groups
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to effectively lead meetings – face to face, conference calls and/or on-line
- Good customer relations skills and ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all management levels
- Ability to grasp new concepts and quickly adapt to changing circumstances/environment
- Willing to travel as necessary
- Must have valid Visa and/or Passport to travel within North America.
