About the role

  • Car Lifecycle Administrator in a mobility startup ensuring accurate vehicle process administration and data quality. Collaborating with Fleet, Operations, and Finance for efficient vehicle lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

  • As a Car Lifecycle Administrator in the Fleet Department, you ensure the precise and timely handling of defined administrative processes related to our vehicles.
  • You work closely with Fleet, Operations, and Finance and take on the operational execution and safeguarding of the administrative steps throughout the vehicle lifecycle.
  • Your focus is on accurate data maintenance, clear documentation, and deadline management, especially for manual or otherwise error-prone processes.
  • In doing so, you help ensure operational stability, high data quality, and the scalability of our fleet processes.

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial vocational training or a business-related degree and bring initial practical work experience (at least 1 year) in an operational, administrative role — e.g. in vehicle dispatch/coordination, fleet management, administration, back office, or accounting.
  • You work very accurately, reliably, and in a structured way and are comfortable with recurring tasks and clearly defined processes.
  • You are resilient and focused even when volume and complexity increase, and you always keep track of open tasks and dependencies.
  • You are familiar with digital tools (e.g. Google Sheets or Excel); you learn new systems quickly and diligently and use them confidently in day-to-day operations.
  • You communicate clearly, factually, and solution-oriented with various stakeholders and escalate early when information is missing or risks arise.
  • Excellent German skills (C2) and solid English skills (at least B2) complete your profile.

Benefits

  • This role is based in Munich — with the flexibility to work from home on a regular basis. In our modern offices you can expect regular events with great colleagues.
  • With significant growth potential, FINN offers you the opportunity to develop quickly in a highly motivating startup environment with ambitious challenges and cross-disciplinary teams.
  • You will receive an attractive fixed salary, a substantial virtual company equity (VSOP), and an annual learning & development budget of €1,500.
  • Flexible working hours, a childcare subsidy (€300 per child/month), and support in finding suitable childcare help you balance work and family life.
  • You also benefit from discounted gym memberships and attractive mobility offers — e.g. discounts for FINN cars via JobAuto or bike leasing via JobRad.
