- Developing and leading innovative, data-driven approaches to strengthening Capital One’s security posture
- Driving effective cybersecurity risk management and due diligence approaches while supporting business imperatives
- Leading moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects, peers, and cross-functional partners
- Designing, developing, and managing project plans in a complex dynamic environment
- Using problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent
- Partnering cross-functionally with customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership that drives effective project delivery
- Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders across Cyber and Capital One to ensure delivery of commitments
- Demonstrating a proven track record of excellent project management and process development/implementation
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 6 years of experience in cybersecurity and risk management
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- 7 years of experience in multiple cybersecurity domains (identity and access management, zero trust architecture, cloud security) (Preferred)
- 10+ years of Project Management experience (Preferred)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification (Preferred)
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (Preferred)
