About the role

  • System Administrator focusing on administration and client management for IT services in the banking sector. Supporting hardware provisioning and troubleshooting for Prosystems IT clients.

Responsibilities

  • Administration / Client management
  • Telephony administration
  • Printer management
  • Administration of specialized hardware for our respective clients
  • Remote diagnosis, fault analysis and troubleshooting
  • Supporting administrative tasks in projects

Requirements

  • Vocational training as IT Specialist – System Integration (m/f/d), Application Developer (m/f/d) or equivalent
  • Career changers with relevant technical IT experience are welcome
  • Confident handling of Microsoft standard products
  • Knowledge of Windows administration
  • Experience with Client Management Console is an advantage
  • Experience with Thin Client administration is desirable
  • Quick learner with the ability to independently familiarize yourself with new topics
  • Strong service mentality and team spirit
  • Very good communication skills in German
