  • Sales Administration Specialist supporting daily operations and reporting for the Baltics Sales Team. Ensuring data accuracy and supporting Key Account Managers with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Baltics Sales Team in daily operational and reporting activities
  • Ensure data accuracy and maintain sales-related documentation
  • Support internal processes for Key Account Managers
  • Assist in monitoring sales plan execution and forecasts
  • Update sales planning tools and consolidate internal inputs
  • Coordinate promotional activities and maintain product information
  • Prepare sales reports and presentation materials
