Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect B2B leads (cold calling, email, LinkedIn).
  • Qualify business opportunities using clear criteria.
  • Map decision-makers and understand pain points and needs.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain and organize the CRM with discipline.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to improve lists and outreach approaches.
  • Test scripts, messaging and channels to optimize conversion.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a BDR/SDR or Inside Sales (mid-level).
  • Experience with active B2B prospecting (phone, email, social selling).
  • Knowledge of the sales funnel and prospecting metrics.
  • Experience with CRM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Portuguese.
  • Availability for a hybrid work model.
  • Organized, resilient and target-oriented.
  • Preferred: Previous experience in software/technology companies (SaaS).
