About the role

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and help organize projects across multiple time zones
  • Prepare agendas, take notes, and ensure follow-ups are tracked
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, support expense reporting, and assist with internal communications
  • Maintain shared files, update intranet pages, and support team events and logistics
  • Order supplies, update distribution lists, and take on ad-hoc projects that keep the team moving forward

Requirements

  • Some experience in an administrative, office support, or internship role
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine curiosity to learn and grow
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills—you enjoy connecting with people
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • A team-first mindset—you’re happy to roll up your sleeves and help wherever it’s needed
